Managing authors, conducting training for young writers, selecting topics and materials, planning publications, monitoring deadlines, and analyzing competition.

Providing methodological support for language and literature education in schools in the Kharkiv region. Conducted seminars for district methodological association leaders and teachers, analyzed the state of language and literature instruction, monitored teachers' professional competence, offered methodological assistance, and collaborated with the ministry of education and science of ukraine. Participated in the All-ukrainian School of Young Researchers at the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, reviewed educational programs and materials, created methodological guides and recommendations, and also conducted textbook testing, educational and analytical research.
