• The overall Vision of reforms in Ukraine has been formed.
• National Institutional Childcare System Reformation Strategy (2017-2026) has been developed.
• The Strategy has been carried over for consideration and approved on the National Reform Council of Ukraine 31 March 2017
• National Action Plan and DI Legislation with indicators and schedule have been developed.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Increase knowledge and build capacities among the project's protection teams on working with communities to develop protection environment in the field;
• Support protection teams in the field in identifying need for individual protection assistance and adapted protection response;
• Ensure a high quality of the conducted protection monitoring, through revising field reports and participating in protection monitoring visits;
• Support the protection monitoring coordinator in harmonising protection monitoring activities and tools as well as protection response among field offices;
• Participate to protection meetings in the field upon request of his/her supervisor;
• Participate in drafting monthly reports on and minutes of the activities conducted in the field;
• Draft and submit a monthly activity plan in line with the project's work plan;
• Understand, and ensure the observance of the R2P Code of Conduct.

The work was carried out in 16 regions of Ukraine.?

• There were written several projects aimed at protecting the rights of persons with disabilities and implementation of International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine;
  
• I participated in discussion of the new Law on Public Associations as an expert of resource "NGOs Marketplace" UNITER/USAID.?
  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working out Project activity strategy in the oblast, and criteria to estimate the results;
• Working with grant proposals;
• Work as a trainer in human resources development of communities;
• Preparing reports on a periodic basis;
• Establishing relationship with mass media, conducting PR-companies.
• Facilitating all organizational issues on donors' visits, UNDP/EU leaders' visits in the region.

Major results and achievements at the position:

• 50 COs were formed and registered in Kyiv region;
• During 2008-2011 conducted 93 trainings, 2052 persons were trained;
• 55 CO grant projects were implemented which took UAN 8 million;
• Analytical brochure «Kyiv Region Community Organizations in process of development» were published under my editorship;

• Conducting of coordination work of 20 regional specialists in 17 regions of Ukraine;
• conducting of trainings and presentations;

• Training program of CRDP/UNDP was developed?;
• I've developed training tests for competitive selection of candidates for vacancies regional coordinators of CRDP and participated in their selection;
• I was personally involved in developing of the manual on social mobilization under the CRDP/UNDP and monitoring system.??
