  • Collaborate with stakeholders/FMs in various business units/departments to create and manage a backlog of soft skill training that could be developed;
  • Develop proposals for the content, target audience, and scope of training in accordance with business needs, requirements, and feedback;
  • Discover gaps in the training content as well as lack of alignment within the company through research, interviews, and workshops;
  • Work with the team to prioritize training development, plan and implement an effective training curriculum/roadmap;
  • Manage products launch from scratch: from collecting requirements to launch (e-courses, blended courses, live training sessions);
  • Deliver online training sessions and workshops

Key projects:

1. Negotiation Program (blended learning solution that combined e-learning and scenario-based workshops, designed to improve negotiation competences of a Client Success Team). My role was to lead the Negotiation program launch, starting from collecting requirements to cooperation with SME, materials design organization of workshops and feedback analysis.

2. OKRs that work e-course (e-learning solution aimed at promoting successful goal-setting culture in a company). In collaboration with the Chief of Staff and HR team I lead the design, promotion and implementation of the OKRs that work course to ensure effective goal setting.

3. Implementation of a new CRM platform. A new CRM has been implemented in order to enhance company operational performance and profitability. As a member of CRM Core Team, I created L&D plan and led its implementation aimed at introducing the company staff to key process changes and training them to operate a new CRM platform effectively in accordance with their roles.

4. Soft skills ILT solutions (training sessions and workshops). ILT learning solutions targeted at improving communication and problem-solving skills (business communication, critical thinking, decision making). My role included research, materials design, training delivery, feedback collection and analysis.

2. Onboarding program for newcomers. As a teachers’ lead, I created a 1-day onboarding plan that helped newly hired teachers quickly and effectively learn about schools’ processes and approach to teaching
