- Reviewing and analyzing data and proposals collected through all Bidders for accuracy and completeness. Performing subcontract administration, procurement and pricing functions during the pre-award, award and post-award phases of the procurement process. This includes correspondence, negotiations subcontract generation, subcontract close-out, file maintenance, interaction with all subcontractors, internal and external customers.
- Checking and coordinating the Subcontractor Progress Payment Request packages and related supporting documentation and Wire Transfer Requests submitting to the home office.
- Preparing and releasing a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Subcontractors/Vendors in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and project needs.
- Participating in contractual negotiations and technical reviews.
- Maintaining and updating a Subcontract Order Database (LOG), Expenses Charts, Fiscal Year Subcontractor Information Spreadsheet (Schedule J) and Trace check Services Schedule for the corporate office.
- Preparing an Authorization for Expenditure and the Subcontract Closeout Checklist and other documentation required for coordination of funding and contractual issues.
