• shares sale to new investor;
• ITA project support;
• NGO establishment;
• USAID contracts support;
• policies development;
• site update;
• development of civil protection documents pack.

Minimized external legal fees almost to null.

Legal support of international structure:

• Establishment and liquidation of entities, transfer of shares, issuance of resolutions, POAs, certificates, extracts;
• Compliance, KYC procedures, supporting bank accounts;
• Managing external accountants, auditors, control of billing and settlement;
• Obtaining NBU individual licenses, registration of loan agreements;
• Drafting commercial agreements, negotiating.

• Participating in M&A, IPO, restructuring deals;
• Conducting due diligences, managing working groups;
• Supervising establishment and liquidation of legal presence of foreign clients in Ukraine;
• Advising on corporate issues, drafting memorandums, legal opinions, etc.

• Analyzing legal risks of lending, authorities of the officials, titles to the pledges;
• Drafting pledge agreements, hypothecation, assignments of a claim, factoring, contracts of guarantee;
• Advising on setting up an account, seizing assets, debiting an account;
• Official correspondence with clients, state authorities.

• Drafting, analyzing commercial contracts;
• Claim and suit work, representation at court;
• Registration, liquidation of legal entities, amendments to the constituent documents.
