• Assessment of risks of potential counterparties in scope of their core business activities;

• Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) arrangements on request of Company peer business units;
• Providing field examinations and complex corporate investigations on a regular basis;
• Providing risk-oriented testing of personnel;
• Directly responsible for the implementation of international counterparties checks program;
• Participation in due diligence of prospective suppliers for Battery Energy Storage System Project (for DTEK) as a business intelligence officer on behalf of BSG;

• Settling of litigious issues of the Firm clients;
• Tax controversy avoidance and elimination;
• Facilitation in conducting negotiations with revenue (tax & customs) and law enforcement authorities;
• Benchmarking arrangements (transfer pricing issues) - substantiation of the arm length level of price for tax purposes;
• Tax investigations

Conducting complex international tax controls and investigations on requests of the foreign tax authorities pursuant to the Convention on administrative assistance in tax matters;

• coordinating and conducting tax audits and simultaneous tax examinations of native companies and foreign related entities;
• control on recovery of uncollected tax arrears;
• providing relevant tax consultations for taxpayers.
