• Full-cycle recruitment (UA and KZ), including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-offer follow-up.

• Collaboration with hiring managers on job requirements, candidate profles, and recruitment strategies.

• Development and execution of onboarding processes for new employees

• Managing the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews to making hiring decisions. (UA and USA)

• Supporting during the probation period.

• Forming internal and external reserves.

• Designing and administering compensation and benefts programs that attract and retain employees.

• Creating and updating policies and procedures that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

• Resolving employee issues and conficts in a fair and timely manner.

• Organization of Team Buildings and events.

• Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc.;
• Conduct HR-interviews via Skype/Google Meets/Zoom (sometimes checking the level of English language, work with the motivation of the candidates);
• Writing a summary (with main information) about candidates and presenting them;
• Communication with the customers;
• Arrange technical interviews/interviews with internal managers/customer interviews;
• Supporting the recruitment process up to the job offer.
