2003 - 2005 - Development and implementation of typical information-analytic system for automation working procedures of tender committee for public procurements.Typical Information-Analytic System (TIAS) "PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS" designed to support information technology of participants in the process of preparation and tendering work. (TIAS) "PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS" provides support to the tender committee and the departments responsible for procurements for public funds.

Project provides support of full lifecycle of betting company. Supports Multilanguage, multicurrency, time zones. Provide the ability to add new sport types, form events and rules of result evaluation.

1999 - 2006 - Development, implementation, support and update of the Distributed Information Technology for the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine (DIT SIFU).Large scaled project - management organization of the fund, 27 regional directories (regions of Ukraine, Kiev city, Sevastopol city), 394 interdistrict/district/town departments, 150 district representations of interdistrict departments.

I Took part in Extract Transform Load (ETL) Data project Legal Entity Master for top tier Investment Bank UBS at Luxoft. I started as a Senior Oracle Developer. I was involved in the product development of SQL Scripts and PL/SQL Packages for Oracle Database. More than 20 people took part in the project located in Kyiv, Krakiv, Odessa, London, Zurich and Singapore. Main project communication was conducted in English. Among other things I was a contact point from our project to neighbor projects and Teams related to technical support and integrational questions, took part on number of Releases starting from planning and development to Delivery on Production System and support.

In 2013 I was promoted to Oracle Technical Leader. As a technical leader, I was responsible for the code review of 4 developers and deployment on development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, dress rehearsal environment and production (release) environment. Also, at that period of time I was a SCRUM-master in the Kiev Team for about half a year. As well I was focused on Envroments (dev/sit/ua/dr) preparation from Database perspective. I took part on Release Plan preparation (for prod. deployments) and lead dress rehearsals (training before deployment on production environment) and support Releases Delivery on Production.

In 2014 my responsibility extended to the Environment Manager.

As Environment Manager (responsible for infrastructure in the project) I was responsible for the growing number of environments in our project, for space increasing for Oracle and Red Hat Linux needs; for environments preparation on the next SDLC phases: development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, dress rehearsal. I worked closely with our dedicated DBA from Zurich on Oracle Database replication using Oracle Golden Gate Solution in the Swiss Secure Zone, worked with Unix- and Web-support Teams inside the Bank.

In 2015 inside UBS there was a requirement to upgrade infrastructure of all the projects. I lead this initiative from our side, so my responsibilities were extended to Technical Release Manager. As Technical Release Manager, I lead Oracle upgrades and Red Hat Linux upgrades on all our Environments and several others technical tasks. It could be considered as separate technical project. I made Release Upgrade Plans, found resources for tasks implementation, get upgrade release approvals from all stakeholders and controlled change requests implementations.
