CV screening (Interviewed technical candidates, discussing experience, knowledge and skills, availability and salaries, motivation); Working with candidate's rejection;
Conducting interviews on competencies and conducting case interviews;
Collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals;
Recruitment ATS maintenance;
Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process;
Participation in updating and improvement of the current recruitment processes;
Cooperation with Freelance Recruiters and agencies.

Candidates searching and selection for all levels of vacancies: Developers Senior/Middle/Junior,Graphic/WebDesigners, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, BizDevs and Sales managers and all administrative staff.
