• Monitor tender platforms and applying to applicable ones;•Maintaining effective communication with clients and providing commercial offers for requests of quotations;

• Developing relations with different international organisations including but not limited UNOPS, UNFPA, IOM, GIZ, US embassy in Ukraine;

• Manage project development from initiation to closure;

• Managing the involving of another team members for the project;

• Act as a mediator between clients and team members;

• Planning the project's goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing;

• Determine if external contractors will be required to complete the project;

• Resolving any issues and solving the problems throughout project life cycle;

• Leading 3 projects simultaneously for the total amount over 2 million Euros;

• Closing difficult deals without imposed penalties from the client;•Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;

• Complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved;

• Working with client complaints and implementing received feedback to enhance future results;

• Supporting all local risk management related processes and controls;

• Reviewing risk related regulatory requirements and align them with internalprocesses and controls, suggest/implement changes when necessary;

• Contributing to portfolio reviews and aggregate portfolio information;

• Participating in financial and credit analysis of corporate clients;

• Partnering with Business, O&T, Finance and Technology and other controlfunctions on regulatory requirements and data review

• Managing and tracking the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary

• Assisting with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options

• Providing conceptual user requirements into functional requirements to developers/project team

• Conducting audit reviews of various clients.

• Identifying auditing issues and coordinated with senior associates and executives to sort out the problem.

• Identifying performance improvement opportunities.

• Ensuring accurate client information was given to audit team.

• Understanding and utilising Audit Methodology.
