As a member of the administration department, I have played a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational tasks. I effectively served as the security focal point, contributing to the stability and security of our operations. During the in-transit period, I took on the responsibility of managing logistics and warehouse support, completing all tasks efficiently with no complaints.A significant part of my role has been managing the business trip process for both international and local staff, a task that requires attention to detail and quick action. I consistently monitored changes and ensured immediate responses, handling travel logistics and coordinating with the travel agency for hotel and ticket bookings for expatriates. My promptness in responding to emails and making necessary amendments has ensured a seamless travel experience for staff.Additionally, I was instrumental in the property changes in Odesa, including the termination of two guest houses and the relocation of the office. My efforts in coordinating the office move, managing financial follow-ups, and settling with landlords were crucial. I also identified new properties that met our needs, demonstrating my proactive approach and dedication.I have consistently demonstrated my understanding of the organization’s needs and the Crisis Response Program, allowing me to react promptly and efficiently, especially when coordinating staff travel across Ukraine.
