MAIN ACTIVITIES.

-Qualitative acceptance of ordered products (checking the compliance of the received deliveries with the shipping documents, as well as their integrity and condition);

-Information control (archiving of delivery documents, updating of the inventory management tool, exchange of information with doctors of the mobile clinic);

-Strict adherence to storage rules (storage in accordance with FIFO rules, ALIMA standards and in accordance with the needs of individual donor inventory management);

- Ensure cleanliness and spatial organization of stocks in accordance with the current management protocol;

- Conducting a general inventory in accordance with a pre-designed work plan;

- Control of expiration dates and notification of the medical referent or medical coordinator about the expiration dates of the product- Maintaining a list of expired, destined for destruction and recalled batches of quarantine products;

- Cold chain management (determining the settings of tools for monitoring the cold chain, maintaining a temperature monitoring sheet, compliance with the rules of cleanliness and hygiene of the cold chain, ensuring proper transportation storage of drugs/vaccines during passive movement of the product through the cold chain);

- Maintaining the minimum required stock of medicines for the mobile clinic.

As part of a mobile team, I carried out trips to provide medical assistance, ensured the collection of necessary medications before each trip, and controlled their availability. I promptly informed the head pharmacist about the need to replenish medication supplies. During trips, I was responsible for distributing medications according to doctors' prescriptions, adhering to established standards and regulations. I maintained records of issued medications, ensuring accurate accounting and control of their usage.
