I conducted a small study by analyzing competitors and creating an information architecture. After that, I designed using components, typography, and color theory.

I participated in a team of six people to create an adaptive website, with me serving as the Scrum Master. We utilized Jira for project management, where I created user stories, monitored estimates, and organized Zoom meetings. As a team, we analyzed competitors, conducted in-depth interviews with users, and based on the gathered data, created User Personas and Product Hypotheses.

I designed a mobile application using various research methods such as Competitors Analysis, Surveys, Interviews, Kano model, Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), User Flow analysis, Information Architecture (IA), and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD). I created a low-fidelity prototype and conducted unmoderated testing based on which I developed a user-friendly design, working with typography, colors, and the UIKit.
