• Engineer responsible (with companion) for cutting area, which consists of: 21 Komax cutting centers (Alpha 433, Alpha 477, Alpha 355, Alpha 356, Gamma 311, Gamma 255, Gamma 263S, Zeta 633+Zeta 655,different machine applications), 2 cut and striping Schleuniger machines, 45 seal applicators (tool for automatic seal insertion). Also lot of options for: tinning, ultrasonic soldering, crimping, double, automatic harness, marking process and quality tools (splice detector, spark tester, micrometers, pull out force device, barcode scanners);
• Ensuring of regular work of production;
• Failure analysis and solving problem using the 5W2H, 5Why and Ishikawa method.
• Leading of new cutting projects (now responsible for three projects: Resistance welding on Komax Alpha 477, implementation of CAO(Cutting area optimization) software on our plant and cut&strip machine for coaxial cable and cable with shield, implementation of camera system on Komax machines, sealing nd crimping process for multicore cable on Komax crimping centers;
• Preparing of technical requirements for new machines (for new projects);
• Release new equipment according our technical requirements on manufactured area (Komax AG);
• Creating and follow control of work instructions for operators and maintenance instructing of maintenance department;
• Audit and evaluate of maintenance;
• Communication with Komax AG about technical support, warranty changing;
• Analysis of spare parts consumptions;
• Production improvements via LEAN tools (TPM, PDCA, 5S+1, Kaizen, Andon system, KPI, types of waste).
• Technicl support for another company locations.

• Engineer responsible for all production equipment which consists of: Komax and Schleuniger cutting centers, cut and striping Schleuniger machine, manual Komax, Schleuniger and Tyco presses, AMP and Hanke crimping tools, taping machine from Ondal, pneumatic presses from WDT, pneumatic and mechanic guns Hellermanntyton, features and templates for lines, testers Cirris and TSK.
• Ordering, control and traceability of spare parts stock. Define all spare parts stock. Search for alternative suppliers of spare parts, tools, lubricants, and more.
• Development of the set up and maintenance instructions for all equipment.
• Organization of training for maintenance and operators.
• Maintenance control and development of maintenance plan.
• Help with repair and run a new equipment.
• Experience of cutting and assembly coaxial cables.

Improvement of production processes.

- Set up man responsible for equipment on LCA (Light cable assembly): Komax cutting center, cut and striping Schleuniger machine, manual Komax, Schleuniger and Tyco presses, AMP crimping tools, pneumatic presses from WDT, pneumatic and mechanic guns Hellermanntyton, features and templates for lines, testers Cirris and TSK.
