Duties: Management of IT projects - full project life cycle (preparation and providing of workshops with clients, collecting of clients' requirements and preparation of system specification, implementation, testing, handling of additional requirements, getting the final confirmation from the client, delivery of the product to the client and transfer knowledge for Support team.

Achievements: Management of more than 15 IT projects that have been successfully delivered to the client. I've prepared around 20 system specifications and effort estimations for new projects for new and existing customers of the company.

Recruitment, selection, implementation and evaluation of employees, planning of career growth of department employees and their participation in projects, quality control and monitoring of project activities, daily operations management of department, contacts with client, determination the level of payment and bonuses for employees of the department, preparation of necessary documentation for the activities of the company.

I had also experience of monitoring the full life-cycle of long-term projects - from preparing of proposal to client, strategic planning of project resources, making implementation proposals, organizing or project teams, coding, basic testing, full testing of all functionalities in test environments, preparing of build to the system, follow up, quality control and analysis of faults and its reasons till delivering of product to customer and giving the materials of project to maintenance team.

Achievements: I organized the process of increasing the firm staff from 20 to 100 persons; in spite of the fact that the level of salary was lower than average on market, average annual turnover wasn't higher than 8-10%; I adopted corporation system of personnel evaluation to company needs

Achievements: I published 7 scientific works, completed PhD in economics in the specialty "Economic and mathematic modeling"
