Description of duties and responsibilities: Support identification and coordination with stakeholders (partners, local authorities, and community representatives in areas of operation) in a view to facilitate field monitoring and data collection during and post distribution monitoring. Assist in organization and delivery of field data collection activities through survey responses, direct observation, and key informant engagement. Support preparation of field visit reports and distribution monitoring reports. Assist in collecting human interest and case stories, best practice documentation, lessons learned, updating, and maintaining that information in program reports and other knowledge products. Assist the Project Officer (NFI) in providing trainings /workshops (planning, logistical arrangements, moderating) as required. Undertake duty travels within Ukraine for data collection and field monitoring purposes, support establishing links with focal points and communication with beneficiaries in various communities to support NFI Unit with field specific tasks. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

May be responsible for identifying and managing appropriate lodging, food, and living arrangements at field sites, in consultation with the ERT PC. Manage accurate and timely internal and donor reporting of beneficiary numbers and activities through ad hoc, weekly, monthly, final and annual reports. Work within Medair's recognized procedures in the areas of Logistics and Finance, coordinating with support staff to ensure a high level of quality and transparency at every stage of the project.
