• Development and implementation of sales analytical system of KA clients due to current requirements;

• Sales database management, consolidation of secondary and third sales information within national and local chains;
• Reporting (PDCA, Nielsen results) and giving presentations to company's management on monthly/weekly basis to track and control results, KPIs with comments on performance;
• Targets setting and cascading for KA sales team, daily monitoring;
• Consolidation of dashboard for the effective analysis reports to implement promotional and market programs.

• Accounting, budgeting, analysis of sales indicators, forecast and planning;

• Performing sales and pricing analysis for Region Management including impact on market share and profitability;
• Monitoring and tracking of key sales indicators on monthly base (coverage of brands, volume sales, value share etc.);
• Preparing monthly senior management reports / PowerPoint decks detailing results of sales department. Analysis versus budget and prior year showing trends, causes for variances, reasons for variances, and other trend based information.

• Budgeting of marketing costs using ZBB method (zero based budgeting);

• Analysis of marketing KPIs, supporting of Marketing Excellence Program of People and Management pillars (create standards, forms and instruction for department);
• Supporting and consultations in procedures of Marketing Dep. for Procurement, Financial and Account Departments, optimization of business processes;
• Consultation in documents, contracts, acts formations with residents and non-residents of the Procurement Department and Marketing;
• Consolidation of reports from the financial system, SAP;
• Preparation of corporate presentations for head office on request, provide requested information and analytical reports for financial department, calculation and analysis of key marketing indicators;
• Updating of monthly budget (plan / factor analysis of monthly costs, variance analysis and budget execution);

• Supervision of marketing assistant

• Development of budgeting models for marketing part of company's business plan;

• Allocation the costs according to budget, create queries and purchase orders in SAP;

• Cash flow planning and submission to the Treasury Department to ensure timely

payments;

• Package of documents preparation for foreign payments foundation;
