• Search and selection of crew members
• Arranging all the joining formalities including visas, travel documents and all the logistics involved during on/off signing crew at different ports
• Worked with database "Crew Inspector"
• Filling in forms (Check Lists). Control of the documents dates of expiry
• Taking references from the previous companies
