Assessment

• Support the plan implementation of sector assessments, including talking to children, parents, teachers and other relevant community members about the needs of children, parents, teachers and communities;
• Follow up with key contacts to clarify remaining questions and collect additional data as requested;

Programme Implementation

• Plan and conduct distribution in schools and communities;
• Organize meetings and maintain relationships with relevant local authorities;
• Support the identification and recruitment of facilitators and volunteers for the implementation of after-school activities and catch-up classes;
• Support the organization and implementation of activities such as teacher trainings, awareness raising session for parents and teachers and community members.
• Support the delivery of trainings and awareness sessions on Psychosocial Support and Child Protection;
• Identify learning and training opportunities for facilitators, teachers, adolescents and parents;
• Follow up monthly BvA reports;

Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

• Conduct monitor and support visits to schools and other sites implementing Save the Children's activities;
• Collect accountability information activities, ensuring that feedback from children, communities, and all other relevant stakeholders is considered in program design;
• Submit IPTT, 3W and Situation Reports according to SCI requirements;

• Conducted language learning sessions;
• Was responsible for students performance analysis;
• Submitted weekly/ monthly reports on students progress;

• Designed and conducted intensive Russian-language lessons (group/individual);
• Created curriculum for group and individual classes;
• Designed schedule of classes.

• Facilitated cultural adaptation of Peace Corps volunteers new to Ukraine;
• Designed and conducted intensive Russian-language lessons in a group;
• Provided individual language tutoring;
• Prepared presentations and held cross-cultural discussions about America and Ukraine;
• Facilitated community project development as a part of training program;
• Took active part in negotiations with local authorities.
