We’re looking for a Recruiter who has basic hands-on experience in recruitment and wants to grow into a fully independent role.
You will:
• Lead candidates through all recruitment stages: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback handling, and final decisions.
• Keep the pipeline structured and up to date.
• Use LinkedIn/ Djinni/ DOU/ work ua/ robota ua to search and engage candidates.
• Write clear job descriptions based on given requirements.
• Support hiring managers with timely communication and candidate updates.
• Take part in improving the candidate experience and internal processes.
You have:
• Completed recruitment training.
• 6-12 months of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Understanding of the full hiring cycle and ability to manage candidates end-to-end. • Confident LinkedIn skills (searching, outreach, basic Boolean).
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle several simple vacancies at once.
• English — intermediate or higher.
• Motivation to grow, learn, and take more ownership over time
