We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts, improve sales processes, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients.
Establish initial contact with prospects.
Present company services and conduct demonstrations.
Lead negotiations at various levels.
Prepare and send commercial offers.
Draft and finalize contracts.
Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in IT sales.
Strong understanding of the IT sales process (B2B segment).
Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a flexible approach.
Proficiency in English (minimum level B2 - Upper-Intermediate).
A proactive mindset, goal-oriented, and the ability to take initiative.
