Sales Manager (USA market)

Atlas Recruiting partners with leading logistics companies across the U.S. to support their rapid team expansion. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our client - a reputable and fast-growing American logistics company.

Requirements:

• English level B2+

• Experience in American logistics, sales or customer service would be a benefit.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, quick decision-maker, eager to earn more.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and close deals with U.S. customers.

• Coordinate shipments and communicate with drivers and carriers.

• Track loads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the system.

• Work Hours: 3 PM - 1 AM, Monday-Friday (in-office from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote until 1 AM).
