Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in English B2 level.
• Experience in personnel recruitment and conflict resolution.
• Resilience and the ability to work with a large volume of information
• Effective time management skills to handle a volume of information and tasks, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring drivers based on the company’s specifications.
• Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.
• Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;.
• Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.
• Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.

• Salary starting from $900 — 1100 USD and more with the possibility of bonuses.
• Schedule: 15:00 — 00:00 UA time. Sat and Sun are days off.
