HEKS/EPER is looking Administrative Officer. Base in Kyiv with the possibility of business trips.

Role Overview
The admin officer plays key role in supporting day to day administration in coordination with different departments and under the supervision of the Admin Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on drafting payment requests for rented premises like apartments and offices.
- Support Kyiv office with supplies purchase like stationery and water.
- Support with booking of transportation tickets and hotel reservations.
- Work with the cleaners to maintain the office and other premises clean.
- Support with other administrative tasks as requested from Admin Manager
- Archiving and reporting
Role Competencies
A. Professional Competencies:
- Graduated from University
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administrative Positions.
- Good English Level
- Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
B. Behavioural Competencies:
- Strong attention to details
- Very Good Communicator
- Can handle multiple tasks
