Position: Remote Supervisor

Location: Remote (Evening Hours)

Company Overview: We are a leading cleaning company based in the greater Chicago area committed to providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage cleaning teams of 20+ members, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure coverage and timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided, conducting inspections and implementing improvements as needed.
• Evening Hours: Work primarily during evening hours to coordinate with cleaning teams and address any client or team issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a home improvement industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong experience communicating with native English speakers.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and issues efficiently.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient with scheduling CRM software and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely is an advantage.
• Customer Service: Strong background in customer service.
