Legal Assistant

Location: Kyiv (hybrid or remote format available).

Your future responsibilities:
— Filling out template agreements, additional agreements (to license and sublicense agreements) and annexes to them.
— Maintaining document turnover (printing documents, sending documents to clients for signature, monitoring the signing of agreements and other documents).
— Controlling the timely return of documents from partners.
— Maintaining a paper/electronic archive, ensure the presence of documents received in the archive.
— Maintaining registers.
— Prepare and execute official letters.
— Helping KYC specialist with collecting counterparty document packages in accordance with our internal KYC requirements (know-your-customer procedure), filling out KYC forms.
— Communication with partners regarding document requests.
— Filling out forms for company registration, obtaining licenses, etc.
— Collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to complete the tasks.
— Systematic assistance (both technical and legal) to legal department.

The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position at least 1 years.
— Higher legal education.
— Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
— English – Upper-intermediate (background in English Law will be a plus).

Nice to have:
— Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts.
— Background in legal consulting, including advising in the field of Ukrainian economic, civil, labor and tax law.
— Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations.
