Truck Dispatcher (US market)

ACE Transportation Inc. is looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our expanding logistics team. We value responsibility, teamwork, clear communication, and a self-motivated mindset. Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a freight dispatcher in the U.S. market
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
• Problem-solving mindset and stress resistance
• High level of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
• Confident English (spoken & written)

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Kyiv time)

Responsibilities:

• Searching, negotiating, and booking loads
• Coordinating drivers, trucks, and daily routes
• Monitoring pick-ups, deliveries, and schedule adherence
• Handling issues and resolving conflicts promptly
• Maintaining constant communication with drivers, brokers, and internal departments
• Ensuring accurate updates in internal systems
