Web3 Support manager

We are looking for a Support/Community Manager for long-term employment. 

It is a remote position.

Requirements:

• Practical or commercial experience in Crypto/Web3/Blockchain;
• High organizational and communication skills;
• Experience working with clients and solving their problems;
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve the community;
• Willingness to develop and learn new things;
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner,
• Manage social media chats of the community,
• Stay up-to-date with crypto market technology trends.
