Receptionist

Kinstellar Ukraine LLC, full-service legal firm, is looking for a Receptionist to join our Kyiv office

Main requirements:

i. Ukrainian university degree

ii. Professional experience 1+ year in the similar position (within international firm is a plus)

iii. Fluency in English and Ukrainian

iv.  Good command of MS Office

v.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and client-oriented approach

vi.  Work in the office, no remote work is expected

Key responsibilities:

i.  Welcoming visitors and handling internal/external telephone calls 

ii. Ensuring timely and accurate circulation of documents and information

iii. Updating internal databases and reports
