Position Overview:

As a Junior International Lawyer (Virtual Legal Officer Associate) at Legal Nodes, you will act as a strategic coordinator for legal services provided to global clients in Fintech, Web3, and SaaS industries.

In this role, you’ll help analyze the legal needs of multinational IT companies, collaborate with senior legal experts, and support the coordination of legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.

What We’re Expecting For:

• 2+ years of experience in legal practice.
• An understanding of business cycles in technology companies, including legal setup and expanding into international markets.
• Familiarity with corporate law, B2B contracts (MSA, SaaS), and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Experience with drafting legal documents such as corporate agreements (e.g., SHA, SPA, AoA/Bylaws) and commercial contracts (e.g., MSA, SLA, SaaS, EULA, T&C).
• Experience with company registration in common-law countries (e.g., US, UK, Singapore).
• Basic understanding of international taxation principles for multinational companies (e.g., CFC, CT, CGT, PE, PoEM).
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Bonus Points:

• Experience in Fintech, Web3, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working as an in-house lawyer for a multinational IT company.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Legal Support: Assist senior legal experts in supporting multinational IT companies, digital nomads, and tech startups, analyzing their legal needs, and recommending solutions in the areas of legal, tax, and compliance.
• Client Communication & Support: Support ongoing communication with clients, help clarify requests and expectations, assist in explaining legal solutions in a clear and structured way, and ensure transparency by keeping clients informed about progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Support in Developing Legal Roadmaps: Help design legal roadmaps that provide guidance for setting up and managing cross-border business operations.
• Draft and Review Legal Documents: Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents (e.g., SHA, SPA, AoA) and commercial agreements (e.g., MSA, SLA, SaaS).
• Coordinate with Legal Providers: Support coordination with legal providers across multiple jurisdictions to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
