On behalf of our client, a regulated crypto exchange operating in Europe with the required licenses and a robust compliance infrastructure, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily execution, optimize workflows, and align cross-functional teams to drive growth.
You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the compliance, sales, and payments teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across onboarding, support, and compliance workflows
- Be on top of every single step across all pipeline stages
- Be the representative for any conflicts or issues that shall arise with clients
- Negotiate on behalf of companies for deals and sales agreements
- Track and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related risk
- Assess and document the risk level of each partner or campaign
- Help promote the brand through social media execution (not strategy)
- Oversee remote support and operational teams
- Develop SOPs and ensure regulatory alignment in workflows
- Collaborate with Legal and IT on technical issue handling
- Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and escalation pipelines
Travel Requirements
- Candidate should be open to business travel every 3–4 months for team meetups or project-related coordination within the EU.
Salary & Compensation
- Salary & Compensation Starting salary: USD 4000 based on qualifications more is possible.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in crypto, fintech, or regulated payments
- Experience in handling high-risk clients or verticals
- Knowledge of EU crypto regulation (VASP/EMI experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and risk management skills
- Proven ability to lead and structure remote-first operational teams
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Fluent in English; EU language a plus
- EU-based or aligned with EU working hours
