Operations Assistant 

C1 Transport is an American logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides car hauling services throughout the US.  

Due to company growth and development, we are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in the Kyiv office.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• coordination of logistics process;  

• communication and driver support;  

• paperwork management; 

• maintenance of internal systems and spreadsheets. 

Requirements: 

• excellent verbal and written English; 

• 1+ years of experience in logistics; 

• proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Excel); 

• communication and organization skills with extreme attention to details.
