Starting salary $1000/month Great professional and financial growth opportunity;  Bonus motivation system based on your performance;  Professional trainings and great work environment  Dealbreakers: Recent experience in the trucking industry as a dispatcher will be a big plus;  A certain understanding of current spot market trends;  Experience booking and managing oversized freight;  Ability to work from 7 am to 5 pm CST with possible afterhours if needed.  Skills: Negotiation and logistics planning skills;  Good knowledge and practical daily utilization of HOS;  Previous experience with Mcleod or ProTransport and Samsara will be a plus.  Compensation: Job Type: Full-time  Starting salary: $1000 per month  Schedule: 7 am – 5 pm CST, Mon – Fri  Responsibility:Coordinating and managing the pickup and delivery of ground-transported cargo;  Negotiating the best rates with vendors, the most cost-effective delivery options with customers, and the most efficient routes with drivers, all while answering phones when drivers need assistance;  Fulfill an administrative role by filing the appropriate paperwork, monitoring driver progress, Processing orders, and managing driver concerns.
