PR Manager | External Affairs Manager (Менеджер із зв'язків з громадскістю)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies. Contribute to strategic planning within the Corporate & Legal Affairs department. 
• Manage and maintain external corporate resources.
• Act as the spokesperson with mass media, NGOs, industry associations, and stakeholders.  Ensure timely delivery of leadership communications to the stakeholders. 
• Develop press releases, interviews, articles, speeches, campaigns to build Company reputation and achieve corporate goals.
• Organize media events (briefings, press conferences, tours, consultations).
• Build and manage networks with journalists and opinion leaders to strengthen corporate image.
• Coordinate external engagement events for Kyiv Factory and Ukraine Market.
• Conduct media channels monitoring; provide analysis of trends and share results with relevant departments. 
• Monitor PR activities of tobacco industry players, anti-tobacco NGO; inform leadership of implications.
• Participate in planning and budgeting cycles. Review progress with the CLA Director.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, external affairs or external communications.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian media market.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience in writing press releases, articles, and internal communications.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, and other tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of the budgeting process for media campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
