Trainee for the Reskill Program SAP MM (Materials Management)

De7 Partner, a partner of the leading IT consulting company in Europe, is seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management, or related fields to join our SAP MM Reskill Program.

Program structure:

• 1 Month: Basic knowledge of the SAP system — paid training.
• 2-7 Months: Practical skills development on a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor — practical paid work.
• 8-12 Months: Preparation for and completion of SAP certification, leading to promotion to the position of Junior Consultant.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a mid-to-senior role in procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or as a key user of SAP MM.
• Strong knowledge of:

1. Procurement & Sourcing: Full procurement cycle, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost-optimized purchasing.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Stock planning, warehouse optimization, returns handling, and quality control.
3. Cost Control & Financial Accounting: Procurement cost analysis, KPI tracking, budgeting, and supplier payments.
4. MRP & Supply Chain Management: Demand forecasting, procurement planning, and coordination with production, sales, and finance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with logistics, production, finance, and controlling to optimize processes.
