Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Ajax Systems.

Your primary focus will be an Ajax corporate website. You will work on various calibre web-development projects — from simple landings to complex hardware product cards and web tools — turning your expertise and vision into practical solutions.

You will also work closely with the R&D teams to gain in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of Ajax hardware and software products. As well as with Ajax marketers, BDMs, and our partners to understand the market's needs. You will define product positioning and messaging and develop go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns, driving awareness of products.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Corporate website development:

• Defining the high-level design (structure and connections) of the corporate website.

• Researching existing approaches and potential competitors to find effective solutions.

• Defining the form, content, and mechanics of the site's sections, pages, and menus.

• Creating projects with TORs and prototypes.

• Presenting and defending ideas.

• Collaborating with development, design, copywriting, and SEO teams in implementing website projects.

• Analysing the website and its components' effectiveness, initiating necessary changes.

Product marketing:

• Naming, positioning, and key messaging for products.

• Creating internal product documentation—to present the product to marketing, support, and BDM teams.

• Creating TORs for marketing content: website pages, advertising and technical videos, and product web tools (configurators, calculators).

• Defining go-to-market strategies and developing B2B product presentations.

• Coordinating product releases and global and local market launches.

• Participating in the development of product promotion campaigns.

• Analysing product launch and sales results and finding ways to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

• Experience in the conceptualization of websites, landings, or apps.

• Ability to comprehend and explain complicated technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
