Customer Support Representative

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer  Support Representative to join our Canadian healthcare project.

Remote, full-time, long-term

Working schedule:

Mon-FR 22:30–07:00 (Kyiv time)

For the first month of training Mon- Fri 15:30- 00:00 (Kyiv time)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
• Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
• Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role? Great! But it’s not a must—we'll help you grow!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
• Create and process support tickets;
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and VoIP phone application issues;
• Work independently to handle telephony-related issues using ServiceNow and collaborate with internal and onshore teams to resolve complex problems
