Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.

You are our candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience working as a benefits and compensation manager in companies with 200 or more employees;
• You have experience in developing and implementing incentive systems;
• You have labor market analysis skills;
• You are able to work with large amounts of data;
• You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• You have an analytical mind, are attentive to detail, and strive for professional development;
• You can work both in a team and as an independent performer (manager).

What you will be doing:

• Developing, approving, and implementing relevant incentive systems (material and non-material);
• Forming and maintaining the budget of the sole proprietorship by business area;
• Reviewing budget compliance and approving recruitment applications;
• Conducting research on the labor markets of Ukraine and foreign countries in terms of remuneration and incentive systems;
• Building balanced KPI and bonus systems, implementing and maintaining them (calculation, formation of payments);
• Monitor and control changes in individual remuneration conditions;
• Calculate bonuses, additional payments, and compensation for company employees;
• Monitor voluntary medical insurance and life insurance programs for company employees;
• Maintain the company’s staffing schedule, build the structure, and make changes to accounting systems;
• Write technical tasks for automating bonus calculations;
• Conduct analytics based on indicators, create dashboards;
• Work with the Visio graphics editor to build the current structure.
