Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational data in 1C8-PM and ILOS systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Administer and optimize ERP configurations, contributing to continuous improvement of operational planning processes.
• Lead strategic inventory management across distribution centers, including forecasting, balancing, and stock optimization.
• Plan and coordinate inter?warehouse transfers (Stock & Inventory Management), ensuring correct calculations and timely execution.
• Calculate and place purchase orders (P2P) to suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor stock levels and product shelf life, proactively managing risks of write?offs and overstock.
• Handle supplier claims: conduct root?cause analysis, prepare documentation, communicate with suppliers, and initiate corrective actions.
• Actively participate in cross?functional operational and optimization (OEP) projects, including identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Prepare monthly operational  and performance reports (Stock projection, KPIs, Pos accuracy, etc), providing deep insights and variance analysis.
• Deliver analytical dashboards and management reports, offering recommendations to improve planning, inventory, and supply processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education (Economics, Logistics, Management, or related fields).
• At least 2 years of experience in operations planning, procurement, or logistics (senior-level experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and end?to?end planning processes.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
• Understanding of project management principles and experience in project activities.
• Proactive, responsible, collaborative, positive, and results?oriented team player.
