Junior Accountant

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Lviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check all documents required for payments (goods and transport invoices). 
• Process payments for merchandise suppliers. Verify the consistency between purchase orders, recorded invoices, and received goods. 
• Analyze product orders to identify potential discrepancies. 
• Track anomalies and contact suppliers to resolve them. 
• Maintain ongoing communication with teams in France and Romania to ensure effective information flow.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in administration/ accounting is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English (B2).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
