Brand Manager Adult Care (Western and Central Europe)

Our client, leading global consumer goods company is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the Adult Care category across Western and Central Europe. This is a unique opportunity to work with multinational teams, drive brand expansion, and launch products in key European markets.

Location: Remote (Ukraine)
Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract with possibility of extension
Reporting to: Head of Marketing, Adult & Feminine Care WCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop differentiated brand strategies for existing products and new launches across multiple European countries.

• Create annual marketing plans and manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Lead new product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activities for the WCE region.

• Collaborate closely with Legal & Regulatory teams regarding product registrations.

• Manage brand budgets efficiently and ensure ROI of marketing initiatives.

• Work with Sector, Commercial, and Category Management teams for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or FMCG marketing within multinational companies..

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced, spoken and written (daily communication with UK-based colleagues).
