Create clean, optimized low-poly geometry suitable for real-time rendering (WebGL/GLTF)
Perform UV unwrapping and baking of normal, AO, and light maps
Develop accurate, visually appealing PBR textures using reference materials
Deliver assets in multiple formats (GLB/GLTF, USDZ, FBX, OBG) with proper LODs
Maintain consistency in scale, naming conventions, and hierarchy for configurator integration
Collaborate with pipeline leads, QA, and developers to ensure visual fidelity and performance

Experience with UV mapping and baking techniques
Understanding of real-time optimization techniques for web/cloud rendering
Familiarity with PBR workflows (metal/roughness preferred)
Ability to match materials and details to real-life references with high accuracy
Experience with GLTF/GLB and USDZ export workflows.
Attention to clean topology, efficient use of polygons, and minimal draw calls
