Schedule & Commercial Support Supervisor

SkyUp is looking for Schedule Commercial Support Supervisor

In this role you will: 

• Oversee the work of schedule and commercial support coordinators, ensuring consistency, alignment and seamless interaction between coordinators.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving complex planning and permitting issues.
• Liaise with HUB to transfer schedules (>48 hours).
• Support the manager in preparing seasonal schedules and long-term fleet planning.
• Ensure that commercial schedules comply with operational feasibility and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor fleet allocation for the medium term and suggest measures to improve efficiency.
• Provide management with reports on schedules and utilisation.
• Cover for the Schedule and Commercial Support Manager when necessary.
• Ensure clear communication and workflows between the regular, charter and business development teams.

 We expect from you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Transport, Logistics or related field.
• Familiarity with slot and permit processes is highly desirable.
• 2-3 years of experience in airline scheduling, operations or commercial support.
• In-depth understanding of multi-AOC fleet operations and scheduling.
• Experience in staff supervision or mentoring.
• Ability to resolve complex scheduling and escalation issues.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
