Our client, an international iGaming company that identifies and develops high-potential entertainment markets.

Location: remote, with active business trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes for office management, coworking spaces, travel coordination, and vendor relations from the ground up.
  • Lead the opening of new offices in Southeast Asia, managing all aspects from site selection to operational readiness.
  • Oversee coworking spaces in Europe, ensuring efficient operations and excellent tenant experiences.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of office managers and travel coordinators.
  • Identify, negotiate, and oversee vendor and contractor relationships to support operational needs.
  • Develop and implement systems for efficient, automated travel booking and expense tracking.
  • Support HR in employer branding activities, including merchandise programs and partner gifting.
  • Define and manage budgets for office operations, travel, and branding activities.
  • Establish policies and procedures for operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Align operational initiatives with company-wide strategic goals and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, or regional operations with a focus on international environments.
  • Demonstrated success in setting up and managing offices or coworking spaces, especially in Southeast Asia and Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of travel coordination, vendor management, and process automation tools.
  • Experience leading and managing diverse teams, including recruitment and development.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with budget management, cost optimization, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ability to design and implement operational processes from scratch.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
