We are currently looking for a Project Manager to act as the main point of contact between our clients and the production team, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality project delivery.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a confident level of English (C1+), capable of leading calls, presenting projects, and handling client communication
• Has at least 2 years of experience managing clients in a digital agency, production studio, advertising agency, or a related field
• Is highly organized and able to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively
• Is results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate the production team: prepare briefs, timelines, and assign tasks
• Manage client communication: lead meetings, align expectations, and respond to requests efficiently
• Oversee the full production cycle: from concept development to final video delivery
• Translate client feedback into clear and actionable tasks for the production team
• Manage budgets and cost approvals
• Ensure deadlines are met on both the internal and client sides
