WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
At SimCorp, we are on a mission to facilitate growth and innovation across our company. We are seeking a Payroll Partner to join our Finance team.
The Payroll Partner will be part of our creative and inclusive finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Maintaining personnel records (orders, protocols, certificates, travel orders, etc.)
- Arranging and monitoring employee leave:
- Social leave: (maternity leave, childcare leave until the child reaches three (six) years of age, additional leave for employees with children or an adult child with a disability from childhood in subgroup A of group I, leave upon the birth of a child)
- Annual leave: (annual paid leave and other additional leaves)
- Unpaid leave.
- Registering electronic sick leave certificates - Documentation of intellectual property rights
- Notifications to the Pension Fund regarding hiring/dismissal/transfer of employees
- Arranging financial assistance agreements
- Maintaining military records
- Monitoring the performance of work by gig contractors
- Maintaining the work time sheet
WHAT WE VALUE

- Work experience of at least 5 years,
- Deep knowledge of personnel records management
- Knowledge of military accounting,
- Experience with the Vchasno system.
- Effective interpersonal skills
