Requirements to candidate:

• University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy with ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified);
• 4-5 years of experience (preferably multinational companies) in financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, financial analysis of performance of a company or work in audit/ consulting companies;
• Pharmaceutical background is an advantage;
• Advanced MS Office skills required (especially Excel);
• Good communication skills (including verbal, written and finance specific terminology);
• Proven analytical abilities and attentiveness to the details;
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment;
• English – advanced or fluent.

Key Responsibilities:

Management reporting and forecasting

• Lead the closing process for the Ukrainian subsidiary
• Prepare and submit the package of periodic management reports to the corporate team, such as the balance sheet, income statement, revenue details, inventory provisions, operational expenses and notes to accounts.
• Lead the monthly forecasting process (latest estimation) of full-year projections and capture sales trends to provide insights into market dynamics compared to internal performance.
• Represent financial results to country and regional management.
• Provide auditors with information related to this role.

Financial Analysis and Budgeting

• Provide the business with a monthly analysis of marketing expenses.
• Perform a quarterly analysis of brand profitability. Report observations and insights to Channel Heads. 
• Track business performance against the plan, conduct root cause analysis and generate actionable insights to discuss with the Country Head and Finance Head.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process by aligning the timeline, providing templates, and consolidating the budget P&L.
• Assess the financial impact of 'what if' scenarios and changes in regulations.

 Pricing

• Conduct periodic pricing analyses and margin reviews for products, identifying the need for revisions from a legislative point of view.
• Prepare the transfer pricing P&L (actual and forecast).

Controlling   

• Financial due diligence of potential and existing distributors.
• Calculate credit limits for new customers. Release credit blocks for sales. Provide sales limits according to pharmaceutical regulation..
