Junior+/Middle C++ Developer
We are seeking a C++ Developer to join our Connectivity team, responsible for building and maintaining high-performance components that connect our FinTech platform to global financial markets. This role involves working on low-latency, high-throughput systems critical for real-time data exchange, order routing, and market access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize C++ components for market connectivity and messaging infrastructure.
- Integrate with various financial exchanges, trading venues, and data providers.
- Ensure high performance, low latency, and robustness of connectivity services.
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems in real-time.
Qualifications:
- From 1 to 3 years of commercial experience
- Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17), including multithreading and memory management.
- Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP, sockets, multicast).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English speaking skills
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of market data protocols (e.g., FIX, ITCH) is a strong plus.
- Experience in low-latency systems or trading infrastructure is highly desirable.
