Cementing operations projects on PJSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya wells are aimed to involve external cementing service companies to provide cementing services in line with best international standards.

• Managing the scope, schedule and budget for projects;
• Ensuring the successful execution of the project in all phases from developing to project completion;
• Leading, coaching, and motivating team members on a proactive basis;
• Controlling the costs and operation of the projects;
• Co-operating with Directors and the Operations Manager;
• Working across different disciplines;
• Reviewing potential new technologies, products and/or installation/engineering techniques for the projects;
• Assigning and negotiating contracts with Contract Engineers as required;
• Preparing and implementing a Project plan.

• Prepare cementing job recommendations based on the available job criteria and knowledge of disciplines and past performance;
• Advises on specific servicing problems and recommends use of specialized tools, techniques, and services;
• Design cement jobs and provide technical supervision for all testing in laboratory;
• Design and evaluate cement jobs, utilizing iCem cement engineering software;
• Supervision cementing job on well site, responsible for job execution and overall performance;
• Prepare post job reports and follow up with the customer. Analyzing job results and implementing lessons learnt to improve service quality;
• Complete documents, reports, and forms that affect the financial results of the business;
