Establishing cooperation between finance and commercial teams on global level, supporting multiple cost-centers (92 for 1 country). Changing the Group's transfer pricing policy, reaching 10M+ EUR economy in the 1st year. Active participation in the Group's transfer pricing modeling and reporting.

IFRS reporting, consolidated reporting, submission of Financial Reporting package (Balance Sheets, Profit&Loss, reporting by Cost Centers, Local Revenue, Cash Flow etc.), Ensuring compliance with Group and Country standards, regulations and guidelines. Supervising statutory and IAS accounting, tax reporting. Passing audits in different jurisdictions (external and internal audits, legal audit, IT audit), communication with Large Taxpayers' Tax Inspection and other State authorities.

Overseeing administrative, HR and IT infrastructure needs, developing and implementing operational policies, organizing purchasing processes, controlling budgets. Implementing an effective cost control system: double decrease in rent costs, negotiation for external advisors' fees, dealing with insurance companies, treasury management (decreasing bank fees, implementing currency trade between own entities etc.).

Transforming finance function from bunch of individual bookkeepers for one legal entity to full-scale finance team for a number of countries and projects. Automating the processes, Ukrainian team processed 40+ times more transactions per person, than any other. ERP implementation and significant contribution in its constant development, including its sharing for other regions and projects (CIS, NECSE, APAC).
